Is Daredevil really a copy of Spider-Man or a Marvel original?

he's a marvel original. he was created by the same guy that made spidey. he's not a copy. plus is spidey blind? no. does DD have a spidey sense? no. they're not copies.

no but they have similar sensory based powers which is explained by them being created by the same guy.

The biggest difference between these people is the motivation and the background behind them. Spider-Man has superstrength, and has his whole life fought evil because of the splendid phrase "With great power, comes great responsibility. He feels responsible for the people who are unable to save themselves. DD on the other hand is basically a normal human, who fights evil in his own neighborhood because no-one else does. He's lived his whole life in that neighborhood, and even though the evil got his father, he's sworn to protect others from the same destiny.
More figures with similar situations are: Midnighter, Batman, and even Nighthawk(s). While some things about them are similar, they are still rather unique figures.
